Welcome to The Mindfulness Project!

The Mindfulness Project offers training in Mindfulness and Stress Reduction in the South Shore area of Boston and Cape Cod. Mindfulness is an easily learned technique for managing stress and optimizing your ability to handle life’s inevitable difficulties with greater acceptance and peace. Mindfulness training has been profoundly helpful for individuals coping with illness and chronic pain, the demands of caregiving and high-stress jobs, working with depression and anxiety, and for personal growth and development.
